Про карты концессий - я это к тому, что выкопирка, которую Вы воспроизвели, для незнакомого с предметом человека послужит основанием для утверждений, что иностранные компании владеют половиной Ливии или около того, а Каддафи с ними борется.
Военная инфляция - это в порядке вещей. Но раз уж Вы на темы цен общаетесь с тамошними твиттерянами, то не помогут ли они составить более-менее обхемную таблицу по ливийским потребительским ценам (довоенным) - это опять же на тему каддафистского рая. Я в этой подборке вижу лишь дешевый хлеб, остальные цены вполне на уровне той же Италии, а кое-что в Ливии и подороже будет.
Да и по теме зарплаты - субсидии триполитяне могли бы многое рассказать.
я в твиттере ничего не пишу, только читаю. ливийцы-англофоны, к. у меня в списке, слишком популярные, я им попробовала пару вопросов задать, но им не до этого (вариант - что думают русские никого не интересует :)
в Гардиан была статья насчет условий жизни, но описательная в основном, типа:
«"For 42 years you never saw the unity of the people like the last three weeks," he said. "Gaddafi made people distrust each other. There might be two brothers. One would register with Gaddafi's revolutionary committee and have opportunities. He would get land for free and a car and be very well paid. But the other brother did not want to get his hands dirty with the regime and would have nothing. They hated each other.
