a_kleberНа этой неделе упразднили ихнее кгб - как институт, вообще и в принципе. Сегодня проводится референдум о поправках к конституции и устройстве выборов. Оппозиционеры голосуют против (потому что поправки слишком поверхностные), а мусульманское братство голосует за, п.ч. им выгодны не поправки, а скорейшие выборы (у них уже есть организация и кандидаты, у других с этим пока туго). Ясно, что исламисты рассчитывают на самые необразованные и бедные слои населения:
«"The Islamists are telling everyone it's against God's will to vote 'no'," said architect Ahmed Sabri, 35, who was among 50 or so people waiting to vote at a polling station in the Kasr El-Dobara school in Cairo.
"Islamists are not Egypt, so if we don't go to vote for a completely new constitution, the coming election for parliament will not represent Egypt," he added.»

UPD. Dr ElBaradei was not able to vote in Moqattam after being attacked,car smashed, by thugs, maye NDP, later salafis, acc. to close supporter.
shabab chant barra barra + chase foreign woman down the street, looked like a journo.
army follows woman w raised rifles. Appear to be shielding her but makes scene look menacing.
Women in niqab were also part of the mob chasing whatever foreign woman that was. I saw at least one niqabi throw a punch.
many appeared to be working youths and salafis. A fair number of angry niqabi women. Saw one throw a punch.
Angry old woman in khimar: "we don't want elbaradei or anyone from outside egypt. Our country is best country in the world."
