a_kleberВот это тоже интересно, кстати. Ассанж прав, рассуждая в своем эссэ о власти как о собрании конспираторов - всякая конспирология основана на паранойи, поэтому пролитие света на секреты конспираторов только усилит их паранойю.
Вот пример (как госструктуры США отреагировали на ВЛ):

- The natural reaction to theft is paranoia about security. If a thief breaks into your home because you left a window unlocked, it is natural to become paranoid about locking every single entrance to your home as a result. До этого где-то читала, что ЦРУ в свое время отказался выкладывать свои реляции в SIPRNET для облегчения доступа аналитикам других служб - на том основании, что слишком многие имеют доступ к этой системе (так и есть).
