a_kleberКадафисты окончательно оборзели. Постоянные атаки на город направлены на центр, где кадафисты готовы укрепиться любой ценой - они держат под снайперским огнем вход в главную больницу, куда повстанцы свозят раненых, а также стреляют из танков по больничному комплексу в центре города (я сначала сама не верила, думала это кто-то преувеличивает - к сожалению, все подтвердилось в кошмарных подробностях).
В городе нет электричества, генератор больницы кадафисты, похоже, саботировали. В больнице находится около 1000 пациентов - большинство просто гражданские, это полумиллионный город все-таки, многих перевозить нельзя. В городе нет воды и электричества.
Танковые снаряды попали в детское отделение, после этого корпус срочно эвакуировали (новорожденные в инкубаторах, все дела). В основном здании, по которому стреляют снайперы, от их огня уже погибло 16 человек, из них часть - медики.
Пишут, что сегодня уже из Мальты в Мисрату прибыло судно с медицинским грузом, военные суда США обеспечили свободный проход.
Я уже потеряла нить событий, ситуация постоянно меняется, в твиттере непроверенные слухи, а в газетных статьях вчерашняя инфа печатается как сегодняшняя. Это только запутывает. Французская авиация бомбила части кадафистов под Мисратой в течении 12 часов (!) начиная с полуночи в среду, наплывами, очевидно. СМИ пишут, что фр. истребитель уничтожил кадафисткий военный самолет, приземлившийся в аэропорту под Мисратой (вот тебе и бесполетная зона). Тем не менее, снайперы кадафистов все еще в городе.
Похоже, французы готовы первые впрягаться и вести какие угодны наземные удары, чтобы снять осаду. Были ли в итоге удары по кадафистам, засевшим в заброшенном заднии больницы в другой части Мисраты? Одни говорят ракет не было, а был пулевой обстрел с воздуха, другие пишут что таки вдарили. Если был ракетный удар, то должны уже были появиться видео-ролики, но их все нет.

The Gaddafi forces are scattered around. All that is left is the snipers and our fighters can take care of them."»

Спорное видео из Рас Лануфа при взятии города повстанцами пару недель назад. Ливийское тв, похоже, наложило фальшивые голоса на этот ролик с целью обвинить повстанцев в собственных бесчинствах (само собой, именно эта деза сразу распространилась в рунете). На самом деле, это видео снято сразу после проникновения на военную базу, оставленную кадафистами. Один из расстрелянных еще жив - если бы это было дело рук повстанцев, они б его благополучно добили прежде чем снимать ролик. Потом выяснилось, что это люди из племени Фержана, живущего в районе Сирта. Узнав о расстрелах, фержаны взбунтовались и несколько раз атаковали авиабазу в Сирте и пригороды этого бастиона кадафизма:

Меж тем, в Бегнази, после вторжения кадафистов и активизации лоялистов внутри города (импровизированные обстрелы и нападения), распространяется атмосфера паранойи, подозрительности, и охоты на ведьм. Британский журналист сообщает оттуда, что повстанческие милиции разыскивают по всему городу тайных кадафистов, одних арестовывают, других избивают, а в отдельных случаях убивают на месте. Новоявленное повстанческое правительство не имеет достаточно авторитета и возможностей, чтобы прямо влиять на импровизированные районные патрули, на их поведение гораздо больше влияет общая атмосфера, страхи и ожесточение:

Покамест единственную сдерживающую роль играют представители Human Rights Watch - повстанцы очень хорошо понимают, что на мнение западных наблюдателей совсем налевать нельзя.

Есть сведения об авиаударах по военным объектам в Тажуре - пригороде Триполи. В дни открытых волнений этот район был самым неконтролируемым. Там потом было больше всего арестов.
Ливийское тв естественно сообщает, что в Тажуре удары были по гражданским целям, но журналистам опять показали горящую военную технику. Кроме того гос.тв сегодня наконец сообщило о смерти Хамиса Кадафи - сделав вид, что он погиб от союзных авиаударов.
В Триполи попрежнему отключен интернет, аресты подозреваемых оппозиционеров продолжаются с новой силой.

В Аждабии, похоже, все то же самое что и вчера - повстанцы не могут подступиться к городу, кадафисты ведут оттуда тяжелый артобстрел по их позициям. Мирные жители в большинстве покинули город.

Just interviewed Major General Khalifa Haftar, Revolution's army chief of staff. Major Gen. Haftar told me about agreements with Arab and foreign countries to arm the troops.
Telegraph - «Lightly armed rebel forces are locked in a stalemate with the much better armed Gaddafi forces, but the government troops appear unwilling to advance their tanks onto open roads where they could be targeted by air strikes.»

just on the phone now! Sebha has been hit. Yesterday night! They bombed air defence, radar installation at Sebha airport, ammunition storage in mountain. The people are joking and laughing in Sebha at how Gaddafi forces replied with AA guns in all directions! In other words, they had no clue where the plane was! The people in the south know it is the beginning as there are more sites! Also, what made me laugh was they were saying how Gaddafi called the people the air defence! They told me people at a petrol when they heard the bombs, you have never seen people run so fast, some even fled to the desert! Confirmed, Sebha has been hit. Airdefence Kateeba, Ammunition store in the mountains, Radar installation at Sebha airport!
In addition, sources in Jufra tell me that military targets there have been bombed! This is fact as it corroborates with the fact that the French Defence Ministry claimed they bombed 250 km in Libya, i.e. Jufra! Ameen, no civilian casualities reported ... All targets are outside the city!

Gaddafi forces are gathering in Kufra airport. there was a plane being prepaired to transport and unknown VIP through Kufra airport, but the plane was hit by coalition forces. mercenaries are still coming from Chad through Kufra. Gaddafi forces went through Murada, Jalo and Awjala and arresting anyone from ex-defense minister's tribe Majbiri tribe.
